Dezda Finn worked in property management from 1996 to 2025 and in Spokane, selling real estate since 2005. She opened her own real estate and property management brokerage in 2010. And in 2018 came the addition of Dezda Finn Contracting, LLC, a maintenance company to service the properties we manage with routine maintenance and repairs. Dezda no longer manages rental properties and is focusing solely on selling real estate!

Her real estate specialties range from single-family homes, second or vacation homes, multi-unit, and investment properties. Dezda works with investors, assisting them in building their real estate portfolios, with home-buyers to find their perfect home, and with sellers to get the best deal possible on their properties.

 
Dezda is outgoing, honest, and straightforward. She  enjoys educating first-time home-buyers and investors with the process of property ownership.  Dezda excels at finding and calculating what makes a good investment property and securing it for her clients!
